Fun Fall Cocktail Boozy Caramel & Cinnamon Hot Chocolate Recipe

Baby it’s cold outside! Time for another fun Fall Cocktail from yours truly! Thanks to Sobieski Vodka for sponsoring this recipe! Ok, truth. Here in Las Vegas, it’s just now hitting 80*. But, BBBRR… it’s like 60* at night! Here, that’s a total cold front. Which means I’m in the kitchen whipping up some boozy adult beverages. All for you, of course. It’s my job, right? Last week I came home to a package on my doorstep. Inside I found Sobieski Karamel Vodka. Woot! I love my job! Sure, I could have popped the bottle open, poured some over ice and had a perfectly fine fall cocktail. But, I know you expect more from me and I’m here to deliver! I have a few awesome recipes planned… some homemade boozy fudge and a couple others I haven’t quite nailed down to perfection yet. You’ll have to come back to see what I pop off with. But today my friends I bring you this caramel and cinnamon boozy hot chocolate! Yeah, it’s as good as it looks too! For those who don’t partake, this is just as amazing without the booze, simply leave that part out and enjoy! Great for a quick warm-up after building snowmen for the kiddos too! October happens to be National Caramel Month! Did you know that? Me either. I do know that it’s National Walking Dead Comes Back On Month! (I just made that term up) So I’m mixing and concocting a super fun fall cocktail just to toast that! That alone is worth checking back and you know it! Ok, enough chatter, I’m sorry. Here’s your 1st of my many Fall cocktails of the year! Let’s get to mixing, baby!

Fall Cocktail Boozy Caramel & Cinnamon Hot Chocolate

Dash Cinnamon,  Whipped Cream – For garnish

You can make this in a heavy bottom sauce pan, but I nuked it to perfection! In microwave safe mug, heat cinnamon chips, white chocolate chips, and whipping cream for 30 seconds. Stir until smooth. Be careful not to over cook. You want the chips melty and the cream warm.  Add milk, stir well and heat again until hot.  Just prior to drinking add your vodka. Give it a quick stir. Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon. To make the mock-tail version use only 2 TBS of Heavy Cream and 8OZ of 2% milk. (no alcohol, no curdle!) Enjoy!
