Butter Herb Noodles Recipe
Because my family is visiting from out of town and driving me completely bat-shit crazy and I am unable to form coherent sentences to throw up here, my bestie Melissa over at The Kids Are Grown, Now What was kind enough to do a fill in. You know, sort of cover my ass and give you all a wonderful gluten free recipe at the same time! She is the greatest. And, she’s a wiz in the kitchen too!
Enjoy!
(and thanks for bearing with me in my time of udder madness!)

Before Ryan and I were gluten free I would use tons of convenience foods. Rice mixes, noodles mixes, etc… We used to LOVE the Lipton/Knorr mixes. Since going gluten free we have missed some of them. We used the Butter & Herb noodle mix a lot! So I decided to try making one from scratch and I was surprised at how easy it is!
1 Pkg Schar Tagliatelle (prepared according to package directions)
1 TBSP Butter
1 TSP Salt
1/2 TSP Pepper
1 TSP Dried Parsley
1 TSP Lizzie’s Kitchen Oh So Garlic
Melt butter in medium sauce pan over low heat. Once butter is melted add the rest of the herbs and spices and mix until they begin to soften. Add Noodle and stir to mix. Serve and enjoy!
