The Ultimate Disney Movie List – Oscar Nominations & New Movie Line Up

Did you see how the Disney movie list stood out from the pack this year? What a nail biter that was! Sitting watching the Oscar Nominations is always such fun for me. Did my favorite movie make it? Who’s up for best actor? Did those super, awesome costumes get a nod? What? Some people have the sports play off’s, I have this. Don’t judge!

So, here’s how the house of mouse stacked up! And WooHoo for Lincoln!

Disney Movie List – Oscar Nomination

The Walt Disney Studios’ earned 17 nominations!!! Lincoln received 12 nominations including Best Picture and is the most nominated film of the year! Brave, Frankenweenie, Wreck-It Ralph, Paperman and Marvel’s The Avengers all received one nomination each!

Out of all of them, I’m most excited about Lincoln! It was A.Maze.Ing!!!!

And, what’s also very exciting? All the cool movies coming out this year! Being a die hard Robert Downey Jr. stalker lover, I think I’m most excited about Iron Man 3. But I have to say, Oz, The Lone Ranger & Delivery Man are running neck and neck and neck for the top as well! Here’s the dates for all the upcoming new releases.

  5. Wreck it Ralph was fabulous. Disney has really upped their game the last couple of years. I can’t wait to see what comes out this year.

  6. I don’t know if I can handle watching the Oscars this year. Too much anticipation and angst. But I would definitely love to go to an Oscar themed party.
